Service Model Disclaimer
Roadside Assistance Pros is a lead generation, referral, and dispatch platform. We receive service requests from customers and help connect those customers with available independent third-party roadside assistance providers.
We do not directly employ roadside technicians to perform the actual roadside work, and we do not represent that every service request will be fulfilled by the same provider or by a provider under our ownership or control.
By using our website or requesting service, you acknowledge and agree that any actual roadside service may be performed by an independent third-party provider, and not by Roadside Assistance Pros directly.
We market, receive leads, communicate with customers, coordinate requests, and help arrange service with available providers.
We do not guarantee that Roadside Assistance Pros itself will physically perform the roadside work at your location.

Because providers are independent businesses or contractors, Roadside Assistance Pros does not control every aspect of their operations, including but not limited to exact arrival times, routing, vehicle type, tools carried, performance methods, or service outcomes.
We make reasonable efforts to connect customers with providers, but we do not guarantee response times, arrival times, service completion times, or specific results.
