Roadside Assistance Services
All roadside assistance services are non-refundable once performed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Jump start services
- Flat tire repair
- Spare tire installation
- Tire replacement
- Lockout assistance
- Fuel delivery
- Diagnostic or labor-related roadside services
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations and Dispatch Fees
- No charge will apply if a service request is canceled before a technician is dispatched.
- If a technician has already been dispatched, a dispatch or service fee may apply, even if the service is canceled or not completed.
Dispatch fees cover time, travel, and availability of independent contractors.
Battery Sales and Installation
- Batteries are non-refundable and non-returnable once installed.
- If a battery is defective, any warranty claims must be handled directly with the battery manufacturer, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
- Roadside Assistance Pros is not responsible for battery performance or lifespan after installation.
Tire Sales, Repair, and Replacement
- Tires are non-refundable and non-returnable once mounted, installed, or replaced.
- Tire replacement services are non-refundable once the replacement service has been performed.
- Used, mounted, or damaged tires cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Tire availability may vary based on vehicle type, tire size, location, and road conditions.
- Any manufacturer warranty applies only through the tire manufacturer.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds, if any, are issued at our sole discretion and only in rare circumstances where a service was charged but not performed due to an error on our part.
