  • “Customer” refers to the user who requests and/or pays for roadside assistance services.

  • “Independent Contractor” refers to third-party service providers who perform roadside assistance services on behalf of the customer.

Services Offered

Roadside Assistance Pros provides non-towing roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Jump starts
  • Battery replacement
  • Flat tire repair or spare tire installation
  • Mobile Tire Replacement
  • Vehicle lockout assistance
  • Fuel delivery

We do not provide towing services. All services are subject to availability.


Independent Contractors

All services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of Roadside Assistance Pros. We do not guarantee response times, arrival times, or outcomes.


Service Limitations

  • Pricing may vary based on location, vehicle type, service complexity, and time of day
  • Some vehicles may require tools or services we do not provide
  • Services may be refused if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or outside the scope of roadside assistance

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to provide payment may result in service refusal or cancellation.


Cancellations and Dispatch Fees

Cancellations made before a technician is dispatched will not be charged

If a technician has already been dispatched, a dispatch or service fee may apply


Battery and Tire Sales and Installation

  • Batteries and tires are non-refundable once installed.
  • Warranty claims for batteries or tires must be handled directly with the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.
  • Roadside Assistance Pros is not responsible for defects, wear, or performance issues after installation.
  • Tire services may be limited based on vehicle type, tire size, availability, and road conditions.
  • Used or damaged tires cannot be returned or exchanged.


Liability Disclaimer

Roadside Assistance Pros is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the service
  • Damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or availability

All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.


Location and Customer Information

Customer information, including shared location data, is used only to complete service requests and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
